Blending Science, Strategy and Service in Real Estate
Real estate isn’t about the agent – it’s about the people and their property. That’s the belief Mark has built his career upon, and it’s why so many clients value his honest, ethical and down-to-earth approach. Nearly 20 years in the industry has shown him that the best results come from putting people first, negotiating fairly and keeping the focus exactly where it belongs; on the vendor and their goals.

As a second-generation agent, real estate has always been in Mark’s blood. Over the years he has operated as a franchise owner with two of Australia’s leading real estate groups, gaining an insider’s view of what the big networks do well. Now, as an independent, Mark has taken the best of those systems, improved upon them and tailored everything to suit his local market, giving clients the strength of experience with the flexibility of personalised service.

Mark is also a highly-experienced, professional auctioneer. For his clients, this is a distinct advantage - the same person who knows their property inside and out is also the one conducting the auction, reading the crowd and negotiating live on the day. It means seamless communication, absolute commitment and nothing lost in translation.
Alongside his real estate career, Mark’s background as a qualified Biomedical Engineer and Scientist reflects his thoughtful, detail-oriented nature. He continues to invest in his own professional development and remains actively involved with the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
What clients appreciate most though is Mark’s integrity. With him, there are no gimmicks, no shortcuts - just genuine care, honest advice and the determination to achieve the best possible result for every vendor he represents.
